Black Smith Restaurant Review

The lovely Kim Tae Hee is not a black smith but rather the ambassador of  'Black Smith' brazier pizza and grill restaurant; together with Park Yoo Chun (JYJ) and  Song Seung Hun (a girl should know when to squeal..oppa!!! ^^).

There are only two Black Smith restaurants in Seoul  now - Sinsadong and Gangnam but the one that Afri and me dined was in Garosugil, Shinsadong. If you love Cafe' Bene coffee; Black Smith is their second brand. Basically they are both under the same owner.

This was my second time to visit Garosugil when the last time wast just wandering around the route admiring the pretty cafe's and over priced clothes or accessories.

What we love about Black Smith?

The ambience is rough and vintage. Love it. Somehow I feel that the table is pretty small even for two to dine. The service and the food complement the downside though. Waiters and Waitresses are on their toes and nice looking hehe. Not to mention the main chef!! The moment I walked into the restaurant, he smiled at me. *faint* I know why though. He was surprised as I looked different..err.

We had mango shrimp salad which was heaven sent for 14,500 won and thin margherita pizza which was quite big for 14,500 won. Some garlic toast as appetizer was given FREE while waiting for the food. Overall feeling: Thumbs up!! ^^ If only Song Seung Hun is there....*wishing and wishing*

If you walk out of Sinsadong Station, Line 3, Exit 8 - walk straight and after
about 100 meters you can't miss Black Smith on your left.

P/S. Another Black Smith will open some time soon in Myeongdong, near Myeongdong station exit 2.
